Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

This position is for a caring and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to join an innovative cardiovascular program. The RN will work across multiple Cath Lab and treatment rooms, collaborating with a team of cardiologists, including interventionists and electrophysiologists.

• Conduct systematic assessment and reassessment of patient health needs, involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Provide nursing care through evidence-based interventions to meet patient goals, ensuring proper coordination and implementation of care plans.
• Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and current knowledge, recognizing issues and making informed decisions.
• Assess discharge needs and utilize resources to support patient recovery and care continuity.
• Maintain professional practice standards in all care activities.

• Diploma, ADN, or BSN in Nursing.
• Current Oklahoma RN licensure.
• Preferred: at least one year of Cath Lab experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS.
