Job Summary
- Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of trash and other debris.
- Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of animals, animal nests and other animal residue.
- Operates and maintains Automatic Lawn Sprinkler system.
- Verifies operation of the Program Controllers.
- Performs groundskeeping duties in areas not covered under Landscaping Contract.
- Operates and maintains Lawn Care tools and equipment.
- Verifies that equipment and tools are in proper operational condition.
- Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots during winter season.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Prefer Vocational Education in Grounds Maintenance.
- Prefer two years experience in grounds maintenance for facility with 10+ acres.
- Must be at least 20 years old in order to operate vehicles for insurance purposes.
