About the PracticeThis established four-doctor hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team is supported by skilled veterinary technicians and experienced support staff, allowing doctors to focus on providing excellent medical and surgical care while maintaining an efficient workflow.
The hospital offers:- Four-doctor collaborative team
- Full-service small animal medicine
- Exotics opportunities available for interested veterinarians
- Strong technician support (approximately 2.5 technicians per veterinarian)
- Established client base with consistent patient demand

- CT imaging
- Ultrasound
- Endoscopy

Compensation- Base salary between $100,000-$120,000 (DOE)
- 20% production bonus
- Realistic on-target earnings of $150,000+
- $5,000 signing bonus
- $5,000-$10,000 annual retention bonus
