A progressive, privately owned small animal hospital in Norman, just outside Oklahoma City, is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to its close-knit, collaborative team.

This established four-doctor practice offers a strong platform for both experienced vets and new graduates seeking excellent earning potential, clinical growth, and a healthy work-life balance.

With a loyal client base and a consistently busy caseload, you’ll be set up for immediate productivity from day one.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive environment, with access to modern equipment and opportunities to develop your clinical interests.

• Full‑service small animal hospital (exotics optional)
• High demand with an established and active client base
• Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:
• Dental suite with radiology
• Therapeutic laser
• Endoscopy
• Ultrasound
• Digital radiography
• CT imaging
• Strong technician support (approx. 2.5 techs per DVM)
• Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, or exotics
• Team‑oriented culture focused on personalised patient care

• Flexible scheduling options available
• Midweek‑only schedules considered
• Full‑time benefits from just 35 hours/week
• Typical shifts: 8:00am‑5:00pm / 6:00pm / 6:30pm
• Most DVMs work 4 days (c.40 hours total)
• Option for a 5‑day schedule if preferred
• Saturday rota available with a weekday off in exchange

• Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 (DOE)
• 20% production bonus (consistently achieved by current team)
• Realistic on‑target earnings: ~$150,000+ plus a $5,000 signing bonus
• $5,000–$10,000 annual retention bonus (flexible)
• Time off & CE: 2 weeks PTO + public holidays
• 3 days CE leave
• $2,500 annual CE allowance
