Overview
Dr. Thirumalai Venkatesan Research Group | University of Oklahoma
Responsibilities- Conduct research on the synthesis of novel semiconductor thin films using pulsed laser deposition (PLD)
- Operate and maintain PLD systems, optimizing parameters including laser fluence, substrate temperature, chamber pressure, and target–substrate distance to control film growth and material properties
- Fabricate and process thin films for electronic and functional device applications
