Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Prioritize customer needs, greet customers warmly, and resolve complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.;
Manage attendance, timekeeping, cash control, inventory, and labor; oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.;
Assist with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed; perform other duties as required by management.
