Tucker's Onion Burgers is a premium fast‑casual restaurant specializing in Oklahoma‑style onion burgers, fresh‑cut fries, hand‑dipped shakes and one salad. Join the Tucker's team as a Service Team Member or Kitchen Team Member.

Position Summary:

Performs a variety of duties including greeting and serving guests, receiving payments, shake preparation, stocking product, refreshing displays, and floating while maintaining cleanliness across the front of house. Provide extreme hospitality to create an exceptional and unique experience for all guests.

• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, retail products, processes and services.
• Inform guests of specials and seasonal items, and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about the menu and store functions.
• Own bag order system.
• Ring orders quickly into the POS system and manage payments, including cash, credit and debit.
• Promote and process the Tucker’s Loyalty Card program consistently.
• Stock beverage and condiment areas accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain overall front‑of‑house cleanliness, including restrooms, service areas and equipment.
• Fill in as needed per the manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operation.

• Hands‑on, service and hospitality oriented.
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Frequent use of hands and arms; ability to stand on feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and frequently bend and twist from waist.
• Verbal and written English fluency.

Position Summary:

Accurately and efficiently cook, build, and ensure quality control of all food products, as well as prepare and portion food before cooking. Perform additional duties in food and quality control, including product temperature, order accuracy and production service timeliness.

• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
• Perform all necessary duties for each position in the kitchen, completing each assigned task accurately.
• Consistently comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food product levels at line stations.
• Portion food products prior to cooking per standard specification.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain a cheerful, optimistic presence throughout the shift so guests feel welcomed.
• Handle, store, label and rotate all products properly.
• Assist with food prep assignments during off‑peak periods as needed.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist for each station; assist others in closing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the on‑duty manager.
• Perform running duties and side work at beginning and end of shift as assigned.
• Use standard recipe sheets for all products rather than relying on memory.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation, as directed by manager or supervisor.

• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events.
• Frequent use of hands and arms; ability to stand on feet for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, bend and twist from waist frequently.
• Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
