We are looking for a full‑time Spa Coordinator to elevate guest experiences in a luxurious setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Creating Exceptional First Impressions: welcome guests with a smile and ensure a positive start.
  • Managing the Flow of Communication: answer calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries.
  • Scheduling with Precision: manage appointments and ensure a seamless spa schedule, handling last‑minute changes with grace.
  • Supporting a World‑Class

    Experience:

    recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: assist with special requests and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Keeping the Spa Immaculate: maintain cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring all areas are well‑stocked and beautiful.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    work closely with therapists and staff to create a positive and harmonious atmosphere.
  • Handling Transactions: process payments, manage gift certificates, and handle retail sales with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Learning and Growing: participate in training and meetings to stay updated on the latest spa services and offerings.

  • Flexible and Reliable: available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, operating 7 days a week.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Previous

    Experience:

    preferably in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry, but we’ll train the right candidate.
  • Tech‑Savvy: familiarity with spa or salon software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform bending and reaching tasks.
  • A Professional Appearance: maintain a neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance in uniform or business attire.
