Krazy Bins Parma is looking for a Cashier - Key holder that is responsible and experienced with managing others. Are you ready to Join the most exciting new retail outlet in Northeast Ohio! Krazy Bins is looking for an efficient, courteous Cashier/Key holder who possesses excellent customer service skills. To succeed as a Cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be reliable, trustworthy, responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. As a Key holder you will have responsibility opening and closing the store.

You will have responsibility in leading and directing others with less experience.

The successful Cashier/Customer Service candidate will:

  • Ensure prices and quantities are accurate when checking out our customers
  • Accept payments and issue receipts.
  • Answer inquires, and provide helpful information to customers about merchandise or item location.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing activities as the key holder
  • Must be able to properly respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating cash registers.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges; resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service or Cashier experience required.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
  • Demonstrate a true sense of responsibility
