Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources to provide customer service;
Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping);
Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience using handheld technology;
Drives the business results with a focus on operational excellence, profitability, and proper packaging and labeling of merchandise;
Acts as an ambassador for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and training others as needed.
