Retail Store Manager

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate daily store activities for smooth operations.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates, fostering a culture of growth.
• Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Safeguard the company’s assets.
• Build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters.
• May be required to obtain alcohol or tobacco sales license as mandated by local jurisdiction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong focus on results and ability to build strong relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Capacity for frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
