Retail Display Merchandiser

Join Kellanova as a Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Norman, OK territory. In this role you will be responsible for merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining our displays. This position offers 12–20 hours of work per week. The hourly starting wage is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Candidates must reside within 25 miles of the center of this territory, and mileage reimbursement and phone stipend will be provided.

• Build and maintain in‑store displays to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products.
• Call on assigned stores to deliver superior merchandising service.
• Develop and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Perform physical tasks including standing for 8–10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and occasional heavy lifting.
• Travel between stores during shifts, using a personal vehicle.
• Use accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked and daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Maintain a clear driving record with no significant violations in the past 36 months.

• Physical ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day and perform stoops, kneels, bends, pushes, pulls.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders repeatedly.
• Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Available personal vehicle for travel.
• Clear driving record with no violations or significant events in the last 36 months.
