Sales Specialist

Job Description

• Customers First:
  Sales Specialists provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing their needs, locating merchandise, providing information on products and services, and making purchasing recommendations.
• In Stock:
  Sales Specialists assess stock levels and perform light pack down and pack out activities as needed.
• Store Appearance:
  Sales Specialists ensure products are displayed and signed, clean shelves, and remove debris from aisles and showrooms to promote a shopping environment that is appealing.

By supporting these three priorities, Sales Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals.

Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.
