Retail Display Merchandiser

Join Kellanova as a Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Norman, OK territory.

This role involves merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining in‑store displays for 12‑20 hours per week. Hourly wage: $17.00‑$18.00.

  —Deliver superior in‑store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products.
• Establishing Relationships
  —Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Can‑Do Attitude
  —Build displays with excellence; requires physical activity and occasional heavy lifting; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

• Ability to stand 8‑10 hours a day; stoops, kneels, bends, pushes, pulls.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders/step stools repeatedly, and reach above shoulders repeatedly.
• Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Use of accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle.
• Driving role: clear driving record for any violations or significant events within past 36 months.

• NOTE: This is a driving role requiring a personal vehicle.

Work location:

Norman, OK; must reside within 25 miles of the territory center. Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend provided.
