The Retail Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Norman, OK. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a welcoming and informed in-store experience. The Retail Associate will assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately, handling exchanges and returns, and supporting in-store promotions or events.

This role also collaborates with team members to meet sales goals and ensure that Homefield’s brand standards are consistently upheld.

• Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills and attention to detail in handling stock and product displays.
• Candidates should possess reliability in punctuality, cash-handling accuracy, and adherence to store policies.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work weekends or holidays as needed.
• Interest in collegiate sports and apparel is a plus.
