• You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture.
• You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers.
• The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.
• Leadership coaching will be a constant throughout your career. • Job responsibilities include: build relationships with existing customers; discuss York Factory Direct products and programs to gain more share of wallet; coach customers to utilize program features; prospect and recruit customers; create custom marketing strategies; receive support from market leaders and a marketing manager; assist customers to select best York products; negotiate prices and terms; ensure participation in training classes; leverage local service managers;
  
  perform to plan; set sales goals; other duties as assigned.

• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of HVAC knowledge
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Experience supporting the sales team

• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software; strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills; effective and professional communication and organization skills; strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
