Our New Home Consultants sell potential home buyers the dream of home ownership, guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process the LGI way. This role will set appointments, close sales, and meet annual sales goals. New Home Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with paid training, the highest commissions in the industry, a paid car and phone allowance, and an aggressive bonus structure.

• Set appointments with potential home buyers and guide them through the LGI Homes sales process.
• Close sales and work to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Promote LGI Homes and help customers achieve home ownership through the LGI way.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

• A top producing sales record, competitive spirit, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
