• Actively prospect and generate new commercial insurance clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions, including property, liability, workers’ compensation, and other business coverages.
• Manage your sales pipeline, track submissions, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and communication.
• Participate in community events, chambers, and networking groups to expand the agency’s presence.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Proven sales experience in commercial insurance or B2B sales preferred.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and accountable for results.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally.
• Resilient and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ethical, professional, and client‑focused.
• Comfortable networking and presenting in group settings.
• Active License in Property & Casualty & Life
• 2 years experience with multi‑line insurance
