• Uncapped Commission-Based
• Part-time - $36,000-$48,000 (potential total first year compensation)
• Full-time - $72,000-$90,000 (potential total first year compensation, with top performers earning $150,000+)

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset-building solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided lead systems
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
• Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and close sales
• Stay current on industry trends and products
