• Build strong relationships with new and prospective clients
• Conduct personalized insurance reviews and recommend coverage based on each customer's needs
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Schedule appointments and proactively reach out to potential customers
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
• Follow up consistently to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to the agency's overall success

• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
