The Senior Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at our Norman, OK location. This role is responsible for managing group sales inquiries, coordinating events and parties, and overseeing the booking process from initial contact through post-event follow-up. The Senior Sales Coordinator will prepare proposals, maintain accurate records in sales systems, and collaborate with operations and food and beverage teams to ensure event details are executed smoothly.
Day‑to‑day tasks include responding promptly to guest and corporate inquiries, supporting promotional efforts, monitoring sales performance, and providing guidance to other team members on sales processes. The role also involves building long‑term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell services, and contributing to a high‑quality guest experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including experience organizing group events or similar sales processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including meeting targets, handling leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or events is beneficial, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Denison, TX, including evenings and weekends as needed, and proficiency with basic office software and reservation or CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
