Sales Consultant - Fowler Volkswagen

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
• Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively

The company is looking for:

• Valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record acceptable to the insurance carrier
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees
• Experience, education, bilingual skills, and prior sales training are a plus but not required
• Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
