Job DescriptionThe Senior Laboratory Technician performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities involving different instruments and experimental workflows to deliver results for industry partners. The role includes preparing and maintaining equipment for specific commercial projects, performing measurements, and recording data in standardized templates. The candidate will exercise independent judgment in completing tasks, ensuring timely project deliverables.
RequiredEducation and Experience
High School Diploma and at least 12 months of laboratory experience.
Skills- Working knowledge of laboratory procedures and proper handling of chemicals and biohazardous materials.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measurement, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant programs.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
