Description

Summary: Guards and monitors company grounds to prevent theft, violence or other loss of company property. Provides full security services including active patrols, situation de‑escalation, apprehension, guarding facility entrances or specific locations, escorting patrons, escorting and monitoring drop team and money carts, preparing reports and some administrative functions including filing, sorting, organizing, phone calls, data entry and report tracking. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provides first‑class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
  • Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
  • Maintains and promotes professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate – files, logs, records, reports, etc.
  • Communicates via radio per division and position protocols
  • Communicates with other team members, departments, guests and management

  • May prepare temporary visitor IDs
  • Responds to security breaches
  • Executes internal and external patrols of assigned areas and locations
  • Monitors opening and closing machines for routine repairs and maintenance when assigned to gaming facility
  • Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff, direct supervisor or next level manager
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience

Education

Essential:

  • High School, GED or Equivalent
Credentials

  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Pass gaming background check
  • Pass general background check
