Field Technician

As a Field Installation Technician, you’ll install and service wireless internet equipment in homes and small businesses throughout AtLink’s network coverage area. You’ll work directly with customers, delivering a positive installation experience and representing the AtLink brand in the communities we serve.

• Installing, configuring, and aligning wireless equipment and antennas
• Troubleshooting and resolving service‑related issues
• Driving to and working at residential and commercial customer sites
• Working safely and efficiently in all types of weather and field conditions
• Providing excellent customer service and explaining services clearly
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation

• Experience in internet or communications service installation is a plus — but not required (training provided)
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work in tight spaces and outdoor environments
• Willingness to work in heat, cold, or various weather conditions
• Ability to kneel, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and detail; team player mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check
• Familiarity with hand tools required; willingness to learn power tool operation expected
