Hammer Construction is seeking an experienced Utility Operator to join our field team in a hands-on role installing and maintaining underground storm sewer, water, and sanitary systems. You will operate heavy equipment safely, read plans, and work with foremen to keep projects on schedule.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of underground utility construction experience, understands trench safety, and can read blueprints.
