CDL-A TEAM DRIVER

Home time:
Weekly or every other week depending on driver’s domicile.

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

• Maximum mileage pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum mileage pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT inspection:
  Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Average weekly earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• Sign‑on bonus for true teams: $8,000 ($4,000 per driver), must have previously teamed together for 90 days; FL and CA based drivers excluded
• Pay range: 0.52-0.74

• Comprehensive benefits program starting on the first day of the month following 60 days of active service:

• Entitlement to company 401(k) plan after 180 days of active service.

• Valid Class A license
• No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last year
• No critical accidents in the last year
• No DUI in the last 4 years
