Join the team as a full-time Inside Sales Representative at IDN-Canada, located near O'Hare Airport and Schiller Park. This role supports the Chicago area, including Joliet, Waukegan, Naperville, Schaumburg, Shorewood, and Rockford.

Based in Norridge, Illinois, you will provide superior service for customers and staff throughout the Midwest, placing orders, handling returns, and supporting customers at our pick-up counter.

• Interact with existing and potential customers by phone, email, or in-person for counter transactions.
• Process quotes and follow up with customers.
• Handle order processing and related customer assistance, including special orders, promotions, and returns.
• Follow up on new customer leads and collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to grow the local business.
• Contact manufacturers/vendors for factory order lead-times, purchase order status, and product information.
• Collaborate with Norridge and remote branch staff to exceed customer expectations and support retention and growth goals.

The successful candidate will report to the Inside Sales Supervisor in Norridge, IL, and work closely with other staff members and Outside Sales representatives.

• Self-driven & hardworking.
• 1–3 years of related inside sales experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset to achieve common goals.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Full-time: 40 hours/week; typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
