Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Multifamily Residential projects. The ideal candidate must be licensed/registered with a robust experience in architecture and project management, possessing 7-10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multifamily residential projects from conception to completion.

* Coordinate project design and implementation using AutoCAD and Revit software.

* Collaborate with a team of architects and urban planners to deliver exceptional design solutions.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

* Partner with the urban design studio to explore and learn new aspects of the business.

Essential Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

* 7-8+ years of experience in architecture and project management.

* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.

* Experience in multifamily residential architecture.

* Licensed/Registered as an architect.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with core and shell as well as interior projects.

* Capability to work on both ground-up and renovation projects.

* Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles such as project architect and project manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORRISTOWN, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $52.88/hr.
