Monitor patients' response to dialysis and manage intradialytic problems as directed;
Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight; document treatment data accurately;
Evaluate vascular access patency, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated;
Maintain infection control practices and prepare lab specimens as required
