** What's a typical day as Factory Worker? You'll be:*
* + Operating, maintaining, and overseeing industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

+ Executing daily work orders and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Accurately reading and completing labels, worksheets, and work orders.

+ Using industrial mixers, press equipment, and scales according to standard procedures.

+ Preparing raw materials and ensuring correct documentation and sample collection for quality control.

+ Meeting or exceeding daily production output standards.

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

+ Handling raw material drums/totes and operating pallet jacks, lifts, and related equipment.

+ Monitoring equipment for wear/malfunction and reporting issues to supervisors.

+ Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and processes.

+ Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).

+ Possess basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

+ Are comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs. and performing physical activities such as climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

+ Can stand and walk for the entire shift.

+ Are able to work in an environment with slippery surfaces, noise, mechanical/electrical hazards, and occasional fumes or odors.

+ Previous experience in manufacturing or culinary environments is preferred, but not required.

+ Certifications in warehouse/material handling equipment are a plus, but training will be provided.

+ Can follow instructions accurately and work both independently and as part of a team.
