CNC Operator/Machinist 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday Shift Differential and Annual Bonuses!! Responsibilities - 3 weeks vacation PLUS 7 personal days to START

- Onsite programming and setup training to build your CNC skills! The CNC Operator/Machinist is responsible for prototype fabrication to support product development, from idea/concept through design, prototyping, development, testing, design verification and validation, manufacturing, and product introduction. This individual works with department managers and other model makers to ensure proper maintenance of machines, including calibration, regularly scheduled maintenance, and routine servicing.

Utilize CNC and manual equipment, including mills, lathes, and EDM, for fabricating models, prototypes, test parts, and low-volume production of instruments and implants Participate and provide input in design meetings and brainstorming sessions Ensure all machines and measurement equipment are calibrated regularly and in compliance with the quality system Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure smooth, trouble-free operation Maintain a clean work environment through regular cleaning and upkeep Assist in process/tooling development for manufacturing Adhere to the letter and spirit of applicable company policies and industry codes of conduct Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to the role Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of ethical business practices in all interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Required Education, Skills, and Experience High school diploma 1+ years of experience in machining, tool & die making, or model making

Experience with CNC and manual mills, lathes, and EDM machines Proven creative skills in design and ability to improve existing designs Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-starter with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience Experience in the medical device industry Mastercam or related CAM experience Ready to bring precision and creativity to a hands-on prototyping role?
