** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, armed post orders, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, report concerns, and support security-related operations.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized entry and accurate visitor processing.

+ Maintain a visible armed presence and provide clear written and verbal reports regarding incidents, patrol findings, and other security-related matters during the shift.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Act 235 qualification is required in Pennsylvania only.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ A valid firearms permit is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
