• Assess student speech and language needs through standardized evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve speech clarity and language comprehension.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align instructional strategies.
• Advise on classroom accommodations and assistive technology.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on student response.
• Provide training and support to school staff on communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with school and agency policies and regulations.
