What You'll Do

As a Lead Life Skills Professional, you will:

• Provide direct support services in accordance with all state, local, and federal regulations.
• Assist participants in identifying and achieving personal recovery-oriented goals.
• Develop Recovery Support Plan (RSP) goals and provide ongoing support toward goal achievement.
• Transport participants to appointments, activities, and community resources as needed.
• Mentor, train, observe, and support Life Skills Professionals in service delivery and treatment plan implementation.
• Work collaboratively with program leadership and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality services.
• Review required program documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Monitor and support service delivery in accordance with treatment plans and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with crisis intervention and documentation of critical incidents.
• Maintain participant records, census information, intake documentation, and related data.
• Support program operations and assist with maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Coordinate with community agencies and service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in the social services field
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Preferred

• CPRP, CPS, and/or WRAP training
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
