Planet Fitness in North Adams, MA, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service and a Judgement Free experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.
The role includes assisting with member tours, processing purchases, and promoting fitness classes. Starting pay is $15 per hour with scheduled increases at set anniversaries as part of our Pay for Performance plan.
