BFAIR is seeking an Employment counselor to join our team in our programs located in North Adams.
Responsibilities- Finding competitive employment opportunities for individuals so that they may grow and meet personal and professional goals, earn a living wage, and experience all of the benefits associated with employment.
- Complete vocational evaluations and skills training in on the job settings.
- Provide initial and ongoing supports for individuals to maintain competitive employment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and funding sources.
Hours:
Monday 7:45-3:45 Tuesday-Friday 7:45-3:15
