The Essential Needs Coordinator (ENC) will assist with the management and coordination of the Essential Needs Center. The primary goal of the ENC is to help alleviate food insecurity for the campus community and the ENC coordinator will support everyday tasks in that effort, including but not limited to inventory, informing guests of other campus resources, program development, ensuring a welcoming space, and ensuring sure that the Essential Needs Center is always in pristine condition for the campus community.

• Working and interacting with students to ensure their basic needs are met
• Promoting the Center
• Building programs and events
• Data Management
• Managing MCLA Swipes Program
• Supporting partnership with Food Bank of Western Mass
• Building partnership with other departments across the campus
• Social media presence and marketing
• Assisting with restocks and the overall organization
