Locations: Rockland, MA or North Adams, MA
Salary range: $73,000 - $103,000 per year, based on experience

What you’ll do:- Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess risk and support sound lending decisions
- Collaborate closely with commercial lenders to structure deals that support business growth
- Prepare high-quality credit memos with clear, well-supported recommendations
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs
- Serve as a thought partner and mentor to junior analysts

Position Requirements- Minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required or work experience equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Have the ability to use general office equipment.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with specific job functions.
- Ability to work with the commercial lending staff.
- Good knowledge of appraisal and environmental regulations/requirements.
- Deadline and detailed oriented and accurate.
- Ability to deal with and show discretion in confidential matters.
- 25% availability to travel outside of 25-mile radius.
- Ability to sit, drive, bend, answer the phone and perform computer input.
