Williamstown Medical Associates, a Rural Health Clinic of Fairview Hospital, is seeking to expand its team of primary care providers in North Adams, MA.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with an expansive interprofessional primary care team including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, behavioral health clinicians, social workers, consulting psychiatrists, chronic care nurses, and direct access to a local network of specialists.
- Provide primary care within the BHS network at the Williamstown Medical Associates site on the NARH campus, with access to on-site lab draw services, pharmacy, radiology, ER, and on-site specialists.
- Share after-hours call with peers on a rotating basis following successful onboarding.
- Co-create provider schedules to meet the individual contracted commitment within the clinic',s hours of operation.
- Facility hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm. There is potential to extend office hours based on provider availability and patient demand.
