Location:

North Adams, MA

• Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
• Assist with procedures and operate department equipment; maintain equipment and room cleanliness.
• Transport patients as needed and maintain adequate stock of supplies.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• At minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
• Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with physicians and health team members; collaborative mindset.
• Ability to provide patient care and coordinate with health team members; monitor patients during procedures.
• Demonstrates cognitive and sensory skills; able to manage deadlines and work under supervision or independently.
• On-call readiness with a 30-minute response time if required.
