Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in North Adams, MA.

THIS IS A CT/X-RAY TECH POSITION - PRIMARILY CT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS POSTING, BUT X-RAY EXPERIENCE IS ALSO REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of technical procedures, requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.
• Requires initiative to apply appropriate skills to facilitate a diagnosis.
• May be assigned independent responsibilities by Lead Technologist, Administrative Director, Operations Manager, or NARH Facility Director. Proper care of the client in accordance with the departmental and hospital policies and procedures is required.
• May be responsible for assigned areas to assume responsibilities of supervision or instruction to department personnel, or as determined by the Manager or Director.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and Tiger Text format required.
• Practices infection control in clinical practice in compliance with departmental & hospital policies and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrates proper operation of PACS, HIS, and RIS computer systems.
• Demonstrates ability to operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, CT, and PACs applications.
• Completes annual mandatory education to include blood borne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation.
• Technologists will be required to perform primary diagnostic Radiology and CT Scan tasks, including IV insertion and injections.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
• Pay package details provided upon offer

• 2 years of current CT/X-Ray experience [required]
• Previous Travel [REQUIRED] (at least 6 mos or more)
• Travelers with current agency experience (at least 6 months to 1 year or more) - [REQUIRED] (first-time travelers with an agency will not be considered)
• Travelers working a concurrent per diem/prn assignment will not be considered
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
• Travelers must be willing to consider other duties on assignment during low census (within the scope of practice)
• Travelers perm address must be included in the profile
• Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need
• Massachusetts Radiology License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Registration of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (CT) and (R) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
