Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in North Adams, MA. This is a 36-hour guaranteed position requiring 12-hour night shifts. The nurse must be flexible to work either 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM or 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM as needed. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED setting, managing acute, trauma, and critical patients.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience
- Experience managing high-acuity and trauma patients
- Strong cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills
- Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course (strongly required)
- Meditech Expanse EMR experience(Preferred)

Required Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Required Certifications:
(All certifications must be active)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion (strongly required)

Required Licenses:
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Compact not allowed

Additional Requirements:

- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.

- Permanent address must be included in profile.

- Must have own vehicle.

- Maximum 5 days RTO (must be disclosed at submission; no post-offer approvals) - Two specific interview date/time options required (no “anytime”) - 36 hours guaranteed (48-hour option not available) - No block scheduling available.

- Every other weekend required.

- Holidays required if needed.

- No on-call requirement.
