Part-Time LPN - Day Habilitation Relief

Position Overview

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a facility in West Stockbridge to hire part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for their Day Habilitation program. This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate care and support individuals with disabilities in a collaborative, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will:

• Deliver essential medical treatment and health support
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Communicate with medical providers and advocate for individuals served
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure quality care

Schedule

We have two openings:

PT AM Shift (24/16 hours)

• Week 1:
  Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2:
  Sunday, Thursday

PT PM Shift (24/16 hours)

• Week 1:
  Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2:
  Sunday, Friday

Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance
Pay Rate: $47/hr

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
