Senior Engineer - Test Method Validation
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to oversee Test Method Validation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong statistical background and possess exceptional analytical and technical writing skills. This role requires creativity and expertise in medical device verification.
Responsibilities- Oversee Test Method Validation for Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures diligently.
- Improve existing Test Methods to enhance control and reduce variability.
- Develop sample size rationales utilizing a strong statistical background.
- Write and review protocols for Test Method Validation.
- Provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers on test method validation tasks.
- Strong technical writing skills for protocol development and review.
- Ability to develop and improve test methods with a knowledge of medical device verification.
- Proficiency in statistics and sample size rationale development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Quality background preferred.
- Ability to provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.
This role is based onsite at our North Andover location within a lab environment. The position requires adherence to a laboratory setting, emphasizing safety and precision.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of North Andover, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
