Sales Director

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our senior living communities. In this role, you'll lead sales strategy, manage pipelines, and cultivate referral relationships within the healthcare and senior services network. You will coach and support community sales teams, analyze market trends, and execute outreach plans that align with Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused culture.

Partner closely with operations and care teams to deliver a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to vibrant, engaging lifestyles for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional and community-level sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Lead, coach, and mentor community sales teams to achieve performance targets
• Manage sales pipelines and CRM data to track leads, conversions, and key metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and community organizations
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and resident experience
• Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and budget adherence
• Support community events, tours, and presentations to prospective residents and families
• Ensure sales processes comply with company standards and relevant regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools, training, and best practices
