Accounts Payable Specialist

We are supporting a client seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to support a critical project. This role will report directly to the Controller and requires advanced, hands‑on experience with Net Suite in a full‑cycle AP environment.

• Manage full‑cycle Accounts Payable
  , including invoice intake, 2‑ and 3‑way matching, coding, approvals, and posting in Net Suite
• Execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and ensure timely vendor payments
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month‑end close
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper documentation and controls
• Support audit requests and assist with AP‑related reporting
• Partner closely with the Controller on process improvements and special projects

• 4+ years of full‑cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced Net Suite experience required (hands‑on daily use)
• Strong understanding of GL coding and AP controls
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
