National Dispatcher

Position Overview

Responsible for daily dispatching of reservations globally.

Both full-time & part-time availability; flexible, able to work weekends & evenings.

This position is not remote or hybrid, must be in office.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

• Ensure that all customers are picked up on time.
• Know the location of all vehicles at all times while dispatching.
• Keep dispatch screen updated and coded accurately at all times.
• Communicate all changes and details with chauffeurs, wingmen and any other appropriate personnel or customers.
• Interact with office staff, managers, clients and chauffeurs to ensure accommodation of and/or special requests pertaining to certain jobs.
• Take all customer calls that include reservations, changes or cancellations.
• Handle customer complaints immediately, courteously and efficiently.
• Report any problems with any reservation by creating an incident report in the specific order in the Santa Cruz program.

• Must be knowledgeable of airports, hotels & entertainment venues.
• Must be familiar with a Limousine Dispatching program (Santa Cruz preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and chauffeurs.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment while still following through and completing all tasks.
• Computer literate and able to update flights, maps, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick and precise decisions.
• Experience in the limo industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to make good judgment and decisions in handling client situations.
• Heavy dispatch and customer service experience a huge plus.
