Position VIP Reservations Trainer/ Lead Agent
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
VIP Lead Agent/ TrainerPay: $20-24/hr
Shift: All shifts available, able to be flexible - work evenings & weekends

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist VIP Reservations Agents upon hire, any new training for existing employees, and refresher instructions as needed.
- Responsible for accurately booking chauffeured ground transportation (local, nationwide, and international) as well as farming to our national affiliates out of our NJ/NY office. Reservations come in through several channels.
- Must be able to multi-task, frequently switching between heavy phones, emails, and managing many projects simultaneously with ease and confidence.
- Responsible for continuously monitoring all incoming reservation channels (phone, several email inboxes, online bookings) while responding to client requests promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for monitoring the status of national rides to ensure clients are provided excellent customer service from our affiliate network.
- Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.

Position Requirements Qualifications- At least 3-5 years experience as a reservations agent in the transportation industry
- Must be able to multi-task, frequently switching between heavy phones, emails, and managing many projects simultaneously with ease and confidence.
- Must enjoy working with demanding clientele and warmly assist with reservation requests
- Excellent customer service skills, phone skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with grace and courtesy
- Ability to listen effectively to ensure all booking details are completed to the client's satisfaction
- Highly driven to succeed and committed to deliver exceptional service.
- Availability to work full time, including nights and weekends.
- Must have experience in the chauffeured vehicle industry.
- Preferred knowledge of airports, hotels, and entertainment venues in New Jersey/ New York
