• Teach high school Biology courses aligned with New Jersey state standards.
• Develop engaging lesson plans incorporating laboratory investigations and technology.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain a safe and effective science laboratory environment.
• Foster critical thinking, collaboration, and scientific communication skills.
• Integrate educational technology into daily instruction.
• Maintain accurate grades, attendance, and student records.
• Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and support staff.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Science Education, or a related field.
• Valid New Jersey Teacher of Biology Certification (Required).
• Previous high school Biology teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Biology curriculum and laboratory instruction.
• Experience developing standards‑based lesson plans and assessments.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate instructional technology into teaching.
